What Urban District is
The Urban District is reported as the built-up ruin zone: multi-level salvage where the richest loot sits above the snow line and the richest danger sits with it.
It is where Restoration and Factions & Territory collide — the best salvage is in the districts someone else already claims.
Unconfirmed. Urban District is tagged reported — reported from official trailers and community coverage, not yet verified in the shipped build. Open questions:
- — Number of distinct blocks
- — Which faction holds which
- — Vertical traversal rules
